OUR PROCESS

We handle every detail: design planning, delivery, installation, and pickup so you can focus on what comes next. With clear communication, thoughtful design choices, and a touch of California ease, we make it effortless to present your home at its absolute best.

Let's Chat

We start by having your complete an intake form about your listing, sharing all the to-know information: How many beds, baths, square footage, spaces needing staging, budget, staging dates, realtor info, and more. We connect over text/dm or phone call to get more insight and clarity on the project. We also discuss a rough idea of pricing, so ensure that budget wise we are a good fit. Our average vacant staging investment range from $3300-$7000

In-Person Walkthrough

We will schedule a walk through visit of the property. We will take pictures, measurements, and notes to assist in planning your custom staging. We will follow up with a formal estimate within 24 hours, sent via email.

Payment and Contract

An invoice will be sent within 24 hours, A full payment or 50% payment is due to secure staging day and Services. Three days prior to staging installation date, the final balance will be collected 3 days prior to installation. If the staging installation is under 7 Days from invoice to installation, we will ask for full payment up front to secure the installation date. No design work or preparation will take place until payment is received. A staging contract will be sent via Docusign.

Staging

Staging can take place at any time over a 48 hours time period. Our design team requires the listing to ourselves in order to complete our job as efficiently and effectively as possible. The listing must be freshly cleaned and all other contract work needs to have been previously completed. Once our work is finished, we will text images of the spaces and let you know that the home has been secured  properly, for your piece of mind.

Social Media Marketing

We will market your listing, featuring our staging, on our social media channels to help drive interests and expand the listing’s reach to our realtor base. We will share any of your posts about the property and share your open house marketing.

Destage

Once contingencies are removed we will be cleared to remove the staging. While we keep a close eye on the progress of each listings, it is ultimately up to the Homeowner and realtor to ensure that we have 7 days notice of staging removal. We will remove, clean and lock up the property, leaving the space the way it was before we began, if not better.
