About
If you're here, then I know you have browsed homes on all the current Real estate applications. Which houses kept you scrolling and coming back to look multiple times? Those houses with the beautiful photos of inviting living spaces. Why? Because you can imagine your dream life in those homes.
That is why I began my business in Home Staging. Helping both buyers and sellers to visualize their best lives in beautiful spaces is only a catalyst to making the life changing step of buying and selling a home. Being a part of this monumental moment in families lives is a magical thing to be a part of, and I take pride in helping to shape this part of life.
I have a degree in Interior Design from San Francisco State University, and have worked with both staging and Interior Designers in San Francisco and Oakland, California. This expertise allows me to create beautiful and functional spaces that appeal to potential homebuyers, helping to sell homes quickly and at the best possible price. I have experience selecting and arranging furniture, artwork, and décor to showcase the unique features of each property and create an inviting atmosphere. It is with close eye on attention to detail, with creativity, and knowledge of current design trends that allows me to a valuable asset to my Bay Area clients.

Phone Consultation
Interested in Staging your home for sale? Let's start with a phone conversation. We will discuss the needs of your project and your timeline.
Payment
Upon signing your agreement 50% of services to be rendered will be due. The final balance will due three days before the staging. Payments can be made by Credit or Debit card through Paypal.
In-person Walkthrough
After a phone conversation, I will walk through your home, take pictures, measurements and notes of what furniture and decor will be needed. We will review what we discussed over the phone, and I will share with you a punch list of suggested items to be completed prior to staging, for optimal staging benefits.
Staging
Staging typically happens in two phases. Day 1 - load in day, Day 2 - Set up. We ask that we have the homes be freshly cleaned, cleared of trash. All other vendor work should have been previously completed. We ask that we have the home to ourselves to maximize our time and potential.
Our staff will take photographs to document items in place, and to use for marketing purposes.
Agreement
An estimate will be sent following our walkthrough. You will have 48 hours to review and accept the terms and conditions. The agreement will state the staging expectations agreed upon from our walkthrough.
Destaging
Once the home has gone into the contingent phase, our staff will schedule a date to remove items from the home. Pending any changes to the time line, we will clear the house in 1-2 days. We leave the home in the state it was prior our staging.
